"There is beauty in destruction" 60x40 SOLD

What will destroy art is a lack of interest, as Rich said laziness to appreciate and think. In our fast pace society we want to look only at images for a mere moment and then we immediately want to be impressed by yet another image. This will kill art. This is destroying art. Slow down take a minute and please enjoy.

I am losing my self to try to please others but art is about the artist not the critic. If you like it then why? If you hate it...why?

Thanks and AHHHHHHH

I like it because it has your usual "raw clarity". It captures the potential of an instant and begs the question who are these people and what are they doing here and what do they want?" So, therefore it is provocative.

I still cannot figure out how you painted it so quickly other than that the paints just spurts from your mind right onto the canvas.

That is an interesting visual and I must now go and comtemplate it more fully.

Love you!
